📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in the steel fabrication plant.
- Ensure all electrical work is carried out safely and in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of electrical equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
- Develop and implement electrical safety protocols and procedures.
- Train and mentor junior electrical technicians and engineers.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems with mechanical and structural components.
- Monitor energy consumption and implement strategies to improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all electrical codes and regulations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical supervision, preferably in a steel fabrication plant.
- Certification as an Electrical Inspector or a similar relevant certification.
- Familiarity with electrical software such as AutoCAD Electrical, ETAP, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes and regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel to different sites within Bali.
