📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Greet guests with a warm smile and provide exceptional table service.
- Take and process food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and utensils.
- Handle cash transactions and manage reservations.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns promptly.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a food and beverage service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros or similar.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
- Friendly and customer-oriented personality.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
