As an Area Sales Supervisor, you'll work closely with our regional managers and national teams to achieve sales targets and expand our market share. You'll leverage your deep understanding of the retail landscape in Bali to implement effective sales strategies and drive customer loyalty.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of 3-5 Hebe Beauty retail outlets in Bali.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Train and mentor retail associates to ensure high levels of customer service and product knowledge.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.
• Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote in-store events and special offers.
• Provide regular reports to regional managers on sales performance and operational metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales management, preferably in the beauty or FMCG industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a team.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of POS systems and retail management software is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
