In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive loss prevention programs, conducting regular audits, and providing training to staff on best practices. You'll use industry-standard tools like SAP Loss Prevention, CCTV systems, and access control software to monitor and mitigate risks. With your expertise, you'll help us maintain our reputation as a trusted retailer in Bali's competitive market.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement loss prevention strategies to minimize shrinkage and theft.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of retail stores to identify vulnerabilities.
• Provide training to staff on security protocols and loss prevention best practices.
• Monitor and analyze loss data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Work with store managers to implement security measures and enhance store layouts.
• Collaborate with the security team to ensure the safety of customers and staff.
• Use SAP Loss Prevention software to track and manage loss prevention activities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in loss prevention.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in loss prevention, retail security, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing loss prevention programs.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Loss Prevention software and other security systems.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Certification in Retail Loss Prevention (preferred).
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
