As a Fit-Out Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire fit-out process, from initial planning and design to final execution. You will work closely with architects, interior designers, and contractors to ensure that every detail of the project is executed to the highest standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the entire fit-out process, from initial planning and design to final execution.
• Work closely with architects, interior designers, and contractors to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to source high-quality materials and finishes.
• Inspect and quality control all work to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
• Manage project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Ensure all work is completed on time and within budget.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in interior fit-out.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fit-out projects, preferably in high-end residential or commercial spaces.
• Proven track record of successfully managing fit-out projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, finishes, and technologies.
• Proficiency in using project management software such as Procore, PlanGrid, or Microsoft Project.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently.
