Stripe is looking for an experienced AEO and GEO Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our marketing initiatives in the Asia-Pacific and Global regions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with our business objectives. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement marketing strategies for AEO and GEO regions to drive growth and revenue,Lead and manage marketing teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful campaign execution,Collaborate with sales, product, and other departments to align marketing efforts with business goals,Monitor and analyze marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, incorporating new strategies into our marketing approach,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams,Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and events,Manage marketing budgets and resources, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field,5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on AEO and/or GEO regions,Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies,Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools,Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills,Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment,Proficiency in English, with additional language skills a plus,Familiarity with marketing automation tools and platforms
