• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment used in food processing.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment to minimize downtime.
• Follow manufacturer guidelines and safety protocols for maintenance and repairs.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure equipment is functioning optimally.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Participate in scheduled maintenance and shutdowns to perform comprehensive inspections and repairs.

• Assist in the training and development of new maintenance technicians.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or Machine Operator in a manufacturing or food processing environment.
• Knowledge of food processing equipment and machinery, including but not limited to mixers, blenders, and packaging machines.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
