📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications, ensuring accuracy and adherence to healthcare protocols.
• Provide customers with expert advice on medication usage, side effects, and storage.
• Manage inventory and restocking of pharmaceutical products, maintaining accurate records.
• Process insurance claims and handle customer payments efficiently.
• Promote health and wellness initiatives, including providing information on preventive care and healthy living.
• Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Stay updated with the latest pharmaceutical trends and regulations.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and their uses.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using pharmacy management software such as Medis, Pharmacy Management System, or similar.
• Familiarity with insurance claim processing procedures.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or related field is a plus.
