🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Geology, Mining Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in mineral estimation and resource evaluation.
• Professional certification in mineral resource estimation, such as Certified Professional Geologist (CPG) or Professional Geoscientist (P.Geo.).
• Demonstrated expertise in the use of industry-leading software such as Surpac, Datamine, and Vulcan.
• Strong understanding of international standards and regulations governing mineral resource evaluation and reporting.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing mineral estimation projects, delivering accurate and reliable data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
