• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new and existing products.
• Define and prioritize product features using Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure the successful delivery of products.
• Monitor and analyze product performance using tools like Google Analytics and Mixpanel.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to improve product usability.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
• Present product roadmaps and updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as an IT Product Owner or similar role in a tech-driven organization.
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, and Trello.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to drive data-informed decision-making.
• Certification in Agile Product Ownership (CSPO) is a plus.
• Familiarity with equipment rental industry and its unique challenges is a plus.
