📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement a strategic talent acquisition plan aligned with business objectives.
• Lead the establishment and operation of the Resourcing Hub in Bali, ensuring seamless integration with the global HR team.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job analysis and posting to onboarding and retention.
• Utilize Oracle Recruiting Cloud and LinkedIn Recruiter to streamline recruitment processes and enhance candidate experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and source the most qualified candidates.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to improve recruitment processes.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in talent acquisition and workforce planning, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in managing recruitment processes using Oracle Recruiting Cloud or similar ATS.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in SHRM-CP or PHR is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
