Consolidation Specialist

Join Suzuki's dynamic finance team as a Consolidation Specialist, where you'll drive financial accuracy and strategic decision-making. This critical role involves preparing and analyzing consolidated financial statements while ensuring strict compliance with company policies, Indonesian Accounting Standards (GAAP Indonesia), and international financial reporting standards. As part of Suzuki's commitment to excellence, you'll work closely with the finance department in Jakarta Timur to ensure our financial reports are not only accurate but also insightful, supporting our strategic initiatives.

In this role, you'll use industry-standard tools like SAP and Excel to manage and analyze financial data. You'll prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, and ensure they meet the highest standards of accuracy and compliance. Your work will be crucial in providing financial insights that drive our business forward.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and analyze consolidated financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian Accounting Standards (GAAP Indonesia) and international financial reporting standards.
• Manage and analyze financial data using SAP and Excel.
• Conduct financial audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the board of directors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Stay updated with the latest financial regulations and best practices.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to drive strategic decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification in Accounting (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is a plus.
• 5-8 years of experience in financial reporting and analysis.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian Accounting Standards (GAAP Indonesia) and international financial reporting standards.
• Proficient in using SAP and Excel for financial analysis.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
