In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and processes, and for implementing and maintaining quality control systems. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures for manufacturing and injection molding processes,Monitor and analyze production data to identify quality issues and trends,Conduct inspections and tests to ensure compliance with quality standards,Train and mentor junior quality engineers and production staff,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues,Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards,Continuously improve quality control processes and systems,Lead quality improvement projects and initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality engineering, particularly in manufacturing and injection molding,Strong understanding of quality control systems and standards,Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and quality improvement methodologies,Knowledge of injection molding processes and equipment,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
