This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung. As a Senior Construction Underwriter, you will play a crucial role in underwriting construction projects, ensuring that our clients receive the best coverage at competitive rates.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Review and assess construction project proposals to determine insurance coverage and premiums.,Conduct site visits and inspections to evaluate the risk associated with construction projects.,Develop and maintain underwriting guidelines and standards for construction projects.,Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients regarding construction insurance.,Monitor and manage the underwriting portfolio, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.,Collaborate with internal teams, such as claims and actuarial, to ensure a smooth underwriting process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in construction insurance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction underwriting or a similar role in the insurance industry.,Strong knowledge of construction insurance products, including but not limited to, Contract Works, Erection All Risks, and Professional Indemnity.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with insurance software and systems is a plus.
