📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Train and develop sales staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer service.,Manage inventory and ensure that products are available to meet customer demand.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of the local market and consumer behavior.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
