Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee the daily operations of the department, ensuring efficiency and productivity.Manage and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance and support.Develop and implement strategies to improve department performance.Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.Monitor and analyze department performance metrics.Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.Represent the department in meetings and events.Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
