📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning,Implement and monitor sales strategies to achieve targets,Train and develop store staff to ensure high levels of customer service,Manage inventory and ensure stock levels are optimized,Monitor store performance and provide regular reports to the Store Manager,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly,Participate in store audits and quality control processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role,Strong leadership and communication skills,Proven ability to drive sales and improve store performance,Familiarity with retail software and systems,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Fluency in English and Indonesian
