📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Source and attract qualified candidates for various positions within the company,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify the best candidates,Conduct initial interviews with candidates to assess their fit for the role and company culture,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs,Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates, including phone screens, in-person interviews, and panel interviews,Provide feedback to candidates on their interview performance and next steps in the hiring process,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and tactics,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field,Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems,Familiarity with the local job market and ability to source candidates effectively,Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders
