Hokian Indra Cafe & Coffee is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Lubuklinggau. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our café and coffee shop, ensuring that we provide the best possible experience for our customers. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the café and coffee shop, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the café is clean and well-maintained.,Manage the café's budget and financial performance, including tracking expenses and revenue.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Work with the management team to develop and implement new products and services for the café.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Ensure that all staff are trained and supported to deliver excellent customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of café and coffee shop operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with a diverse team.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with accounting and financial management software, such as QuickBooks or Xero.,A passion for coffee and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.,A valid driver's license and the ability to drive company vehicles.
