📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.,Document patient records accurately and maintain patient confidentiality.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Ensure a clean and safe environment by following infection control protocols and maintaining sterile techniques.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions, treatments, and care instructions.,Monitor patients' progress and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new developments in healthcare.,Assist in the preparation and administration of vaccines and other immunizations as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Nurse in a clinical setting.,Valid nursing license and certification from the relevant healthcare regulatory body.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Experience in working with patients from diverse cultural backgrounds is a plus.,Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
