Assist in the development and implementation of management strategies and plans.,Support the management team in coordinating and executing projects and initiatives.,Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other management documents.,Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees.,Support the management team in the development and implementation of training programs and initiatives.,Assist in the development and maintenance of management systems and processes.,Provide general administrative support to the management team as needed.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Recent graduate or individual with limited work experience in a management-related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well in a team environment and under pressure.,Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new situations and challenges.,Proactive and initiative-driven attitude.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.🛠️ Keahlian
