📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring efficient and effective patient care.,Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.,Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes.,Monitor patient care plans, ensuring they are followed and updated as needed.,Educate and mentor junior nurses, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of the nursing department's strategic plan.,Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a registered nurse in a healthcare setting.,Certification as a Lead Nurse or equivalent experience.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Experience in managing a team of healthcare professionals.,Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
