📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and organize banquet events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet client expectations.,Coordinate with vendors and staff to ensure all event logistics are in place.,Oversee the setup and breakdown of banquet facilities, ensuring they are ready for events.,Manage a team of banquet staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service.,Handle client inquiries and ensure their needs are met throughout the event planning process.,Maintain a clean and well-organized banquet area, ensuring it is ready for the next event.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve event planning and execution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in banquet or event management.,Proven track record of successfully planning and executing events.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of event planning software and tools.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations for event venues.,Degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field is a plus.
