Duta Cahya Fashion is looking for a dedicated Production Supervisor to oversee and manage our production processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management and a passion for fashion. This role is hybrid, allowing you to work from the office and from home, providing flexibility and work-life balance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the production process from start to finish.,Ensure that production schedules are met and that quality standards are maintained.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and other departments to ensure smooth production operations.,Monitor and control production costs to ensure profitability.,Implement and monitor production quality control measures.,Train and develop production team members.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with fashion industry software and tools.,Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
