PRIMA Group is seeking a dedicated Banquet Staff to join our team in Dili. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for managing and organizing banquet events, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and organizing banquet events, including coordinating with vendors and suppliers.,Manage event logistics, such as seating arrangements, catering, and equipment setup.,Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.,Coordinate with the kitchen and other staff to ensure timely and accurate service during events.,Maintain a clean and organized banquet area, adhering to health and safety guidelines.,Handle any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.,Assist in preparing and serving food and beverages during events.,Collaborate with the event coordinator to ensure all event details are executed flawlessly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or event management industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and staff effectively.,Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with basic event planning software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Professional and friendly demeanor, with a strong customer service orientation.,Knowledge of local regulations and health and safety guidelines for food service.,Fluency in Indonesian and Tetum languages is a plus.
