HR Recruitment Specialist - End-to-End Hiring Process

You will leverage LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards to source candidates, conduct initial screenings, and schedule interviews. Our team uses Greenhouse for Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Zoom for virtual interviews, so familiarity with these tools is a plus.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
• Source and attract top talent using various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screen and evaluate job applicants to identify the best candidates.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for further rounds.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
• Maintain and update job descriptions and ensure they are competitive and accurate.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to the HR team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements throughout the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and onboarding.
• Strong knowledge of ATS tools, such as Greenhouse.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with virtual interview platforms like Zoom.
• Certification in recruitment or HR management is a plus.
