Root Seed Berjaya is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage and oversee the company's vehicle fleet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the fleet's efficiency, safety, and compliance with regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the company's vehicle fleet, ensuring optimal performance and safety.,Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, and servicing.,Monitor fuel consumption and cost, implementing strategies to improve efficiency.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory requirements.,Manage vehicle documentation, including insurance, registration, and mileage records.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure smooth fleet operations.,Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain fleet standards.,Provide training and support to drivers as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Familiarity with fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
