📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate the export and import processes, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth trade operations.
• Monitor and optimize logistics to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Prepare and process shipping documents, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and shipping orders.
• Track and manage inventory levels to ensure timely fulfillment of client orders.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management on trade activities and operational performance.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies for improving trade and logistics operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in export import operations or a related role.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong understanding of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
