📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Pramuniaga in managing the store's operations.,Handle customer service and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.,Stock and organize products to ensure they are displayed attractively and are available for customers.,Process transactions accurately and efficiently.,Assist in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the store.,Support the team in achieving daily sales targets.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.,Participate in inventory management and reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school education.,Previous experience in customer service or retail is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, especially in using office software.,Friendly and approachable personality.,Willingness to work in a team and follow instructions.,Availability to work full-time, including weekends and holidays.
