📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head nurse in managing the nursing team and ensuring smooth operations.,Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with treatments.,Document patient records accurately and maintain confidentiality.,Collaborate with the medical team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Ensure the nursing unit is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.,Assist in the recruitment and training of new nursing staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent.,Valid nursing license and certification from the relevant healthcare board.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
