📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department,Manage and mentor a team of professionals,Develop and implement strategies to improve department performance,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Coordinate with other departments to achieve organizational goals,Report to senior management on department performance and progress,Identify and address any operational or staffing issues,Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role,Proven track record of success in managing teams and projects,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to make data-driven decisions,Familiarity with HR management and best practices,Certification in a relevant field is a plus
