📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily branch operations, including sales, service, and parts departments.,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Manage and mentor a team of sales and service professionals.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Participate in company-wide initiatives and training programs.,Maintain accurate financial records and report to the corporate office.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive sales or management.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with automotive industry trends and best practices.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
