As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our retail stores and providing exceptional customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations, including inventory control, sales, and customer service.,Support the Store Manager in implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures.,Train and develop store staff to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and sales performance.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the store.,Assist in planning and executing promotional activities to drive sales.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a management role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 20 kg.
