Star Shop Corporindo is looking for a Senior HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job advertising, interviewing, and onboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Lead and mentor junior HR staff, providing guidance and support.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations, including grievances and disciplinary actions.,Oversee training and development programs for employees.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Proficient in using HR management software and tools.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.,Strong leadership and team management skills.
