📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve business performance,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless business operations,Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs),Handle operational budgeting and resource allocation

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role,Strong knowledge of operational best practices and industry standards,Proficient in using operational management software and tools,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong leadership and team management abilities,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus
