In this role, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with medical procedures. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate patient records and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Providing direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with medical procedures.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
  • Assisting with the coordination of patient care, including scheduling appointments and communicating with patients and their families.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Participating in staff meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on best practices and new developments in the field.
  • Providing emotional support and compassion to patients and their families.
  • Assisting with the management of the nursing unit, including ordering supplies and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • A registered nurse with a valid nursing license.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
  • Ability to lift and move patients as needed.
