In this role, you will work closely with a diverse team of engineers, technicians, and healthcare professionals to ensure that medical equipment is functioning optimally. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, performing routine maintenance, and conducting preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and preventive maintenance on medical equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with medical equipment, providing timely solutions to prevent disruptions in patient care.
• Install, configure, and calibrate medical devices according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and testing of medical equipment to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to understand patient needs and ensure that medical equipment meets their requirements.
• Document all maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs in a detailed and organized manner.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in medical technology and equipment to provide innovative solutions.
• Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians to ensure the continued success of the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Medical Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical equipment maintenance and repair.
• Certification in medical equipment maintenance and repair, such as the Certified Medical Equipment Technician (CMET) or Certified Medical Equipment Service Engineer (CMSE).
• Proficient in using medical equipment maintenance software and tools, such as ServiceMax, Meditech, or Epic.
• Strong knowledge of medical equipment standards and regulations, such as ISO 13485, FDA, or CE marking.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with a diverse team.
• Ability to travel to various healthcare facilities as needed.
