📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Lead and mentor junior accountants, providing guidance and training to ensure high performance.
  • Conduct financial audits and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payment processing and reconciliation.
  • Stay updated with the latest accounting standards and best practices.
  • Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, including SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of financial reporting and regulatory requirements.
