📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and reporting.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and productivity.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional activities.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other retail management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with sales and inventory management systems.,Strong leadership and team management skills.
