📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Section Head in managing and supervising a team of employees.,Ensure that all team members are trained and equipped with the necessary skills to perform their jobs effectively.,Oversee daily operations and ensure that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.,Monitor performance metrics and provide feedback to team members to improve their performance.,Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations.,Experience in team management and leadership.
